Dr. Muscarello is RETIRED as an Associate Professor in DePaul's College of Computing and Digital Media, where he held appointments in both the School of Computing and School of Digital Cinema. He is currently lecturing part time in CDM SOC, is the CTO of Standard of Trust Group, and is Chief Strategist of Make It Happen Now, a creative & marketing strategy consortium.
He has over 30 years of experience in his own high tech companies, business incubator and economic development projects, and large corporations. He has delivered numerous large projects in the areas of Fraud detection systems (statistics, data mining & Neural Nets) and BioTech and Health related projects (data systems integration, multiscale modeling, computational biology, expert and decision support systems for treatment planning, and Health Literacy). His clients and partners have included NIH, SBIR, HCFA OIG Medicare operations, VA Health Service Centers, NIJ, Chicago Police Dept., major Insurance and ReInsurance corporations, Chicago Mayor's Council of Technology Advisors, universities, startups, midsize and large corporations, and numerous national and international entities.
